Wei Zhao

About

Wei Zhao is an articling student in Ontario with a focus on family law. Wei earned a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, one of Canada’s top law schools, where Wei developed a strong foundation in family law, dispute resolution, and access to justice.

Before entering legal practice, Wei worked as a teacher and mentor in multiple cities, including Beijing and Toronto. This experience honed Wei’s communication skills and sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences, which now informs Wei’s work with clients facing challenging family transitions.

Wei is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese and is comfortable assisting clients in either language, particularly in matters involving cross-border families, newcomers to Canada, and Mandarin-speaking clients.
